Travel organization
We organize the trip and your stay on site, taking care specifically of your needs.
Hospitality
Cognitive meeting with our local contact person and presentation of the program established for the duration of the stay.
Orientation visit
Guided tour of the city with the contact person oriented to potential areas of interest, therefore residential areas, locations suggested by the client and, according to need, areas where schools, hospitals etc. are located. At the same time, immigration, leasing and purchasing procedures are explained.
Home search
Together with the contact person, one or more appointments are set for the visit of the selected real estate properties (up to 10 visits to different properties). It includes advice on the legal aspects of the contract relating to the rental or purchase of the real estate unit. Assistance in handling all bureaucratic procedures up to the conclusion of the contract, payment and delivery of the keys.
Visas, permits and tax code
Practices for obtaining the tax code, verification of the documents and requirements necessary to obtain the visa and related permits.
Search for schools or language courses
Visit by appointment to state, private, international, bilingual schools available in the city of transfer.
Search for specific language courses and assistance with registration.
Relocation assistance
Evaluation of quotes provided by various international moving companies to agree and define terms and conditions
of the move.
Health cover
Retrieval of necessary documents, request for registration with the National Health Service where this is available or, alternatively,
to the private system.
Bank services
Assistance in opening a local bank account and any request and evaluation of financial products
(loans, mortgages, leasing, etc.).
Local sim card
Included in the package will be provided an English sim card to be able to make calls locally and to the country of origin.
Purchase of a car or nationalization of your own car
If you decide to buy a car, a search for qualified sales points will be carried out and assistance with the purchase will be provided.
If, on the other hand, you decide to nationalize your vehicle, we will support you in the necessary bureaucratic process.
